Combat Medic Harness

This canvas reproduction of medical suspenders is added to the medical pouches available separately and allows to soften the wearing of these pouches once loaded. Originally, it allowed the transport of the stretchers. The medical staff were equipped on the battlefield to intervene and give first aid to the front. Some rare photos show the use of this type of breaking by other soldiers (bar-gunners, etc ...)
