These books are reproductions sold individually. The medical identification booklet consists of 20 detachable sheets attached to a counterfoil. Once completed, a sheet is attached to the wounded soldier to transmit the information needed for medical follow-up (soldier identification, diagnosis, treatment already received, etc.).
