Shipping of your package

Packages are shipped within one business day after receipt of your order. They are sent by La Poste - Colissimo with a tracking number and usually delivered without signature. The parcels can also be shipped via Mondial Relay, economic service but imposing a slightly longer delivery time and receive it in relay point chosen before you paid. Whatever the delivery method chosen, a link to follow your parcel online in real time will be sent to you by e-mail.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight and the size of the package. (Oversized parcels for sending large items are overcharged by the delivery company) We also recommend that you group all your items in one order to save on these costs. We can not consolidate multiple orders separately, so shipping charges are applied to each order. In order to give you the benefit of savings on shipping costs and following an ecological approach, La Petite Musette will be able to ship your items to you in a recycled package, however in very good condition. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items. If you notice damage to delivery, do not accept the package.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your articles are properly protected from our shop. We are not responsible for damages caused during the transport of the goods.
