Garrand Ammo Belt

This belt is an original. It is in its original condition, complete with its pouch and bandage as originally fitted. The markings are difficult to read, as is the manufacturer’s name, but the date “1942” is legible. This belt was issued to U.S. Army soldiers during World War II to carry 10 clips of ammunition for the M1 Garand semi-automatic rifle. The belt shows significant signs of wear; it is suitable for display or use on a mannequin.
