This pair of cloth grade is a reproduction. The three chevrons and the two lower bars symbolize the Technical Sergeant  of the US Army during the Second World War. This grade corresponds to the category of NCOs. These insignia are sewn on the sleeves of the jackets and shirts of the soldiers (Class A, HBT, M41, Winter ...).
