Liner Chinstrap

This chinstrap of contemporary manufacture fits all sub-helmets type US M1 or variants. It is made of leather, equipped with buckles to fix it inside the liner and a removable buckle allowing to adjust the size. This type of chinstrap is widely distributed with the M1 helmets of the US Army and replace early in the war early chimes type 1, which could not be changed if they were broken.
