US M5 Painting

This original little can has never been opened. It contains M5 paint used by US Army soldiers on helmets, vehicles and other equipment. In the event of a chemical attack, the color of the applied paint turns red. Produced by The Hilton-Davis Chemical Co.

This can shows signs of wear, field provenance. The paint is still fluid.
