US Winter Cap

This original booklet was distributed to soldiers of the U.S. Army during World War II who were about to be stationed in France for operations in Europe. It enabled them to learn about the traditions, history and customs of the country in which they were stationed. This booklet shows signs of use. September 1944 edition.
