This bowl consists of two parts. There is a bottom and a lid with a folding handle to close and secure the assembly. This type of bowl is distributed to all soldiers of the US Army during the Second World War. It is housed in the haversack or in the Havresac box pouch available here. The bowl is dated on the sleeve 1945.
