BM M-1936 Bag Strap

This multi-purpose strap is adjustable and equipped with two buckles. It can be fitted to the American Musette M36 to carry it over the shoulder, but can also be adapted to any bag fitted with hooks. The M36 musette was the bag used by paratroopers in the US army, as well as many other US soldiers during the Second World War. It was also the schoolbag of many schoolchildren and students. Manufacturer's markings almost faded, strap dated 1944. British made for the US Army.
