1st Armored Liner

This underhelmet is original and made by FIRESTONE. The shell is in generally good condition, but the internal straps are badly damaged. This type of liner fits into the heavy helmet worn by all American soldiers during the Second World War.
An interesting feature of this underhelmet is that it has been inscribed with the insignia of the 1st American Armored Division. It also features a full name and a white-painted service number. However, we were unable to decipher them.
