Class A Jacket - 2nd AF

This jacket is an original. It is the service (or "sortie") jacket used by US Army soldiers during the Second World War. This example is a size 38s. This model was issued to enlisted men and non-commissioned officers. Good overall condition, two small moth holes on chest pocket and sleeve. Original insignia: 2nd USAAF, corporal ranks, ruptured duck, collar discs and medal reminders. One of the bar's fastenings is broken and has been repaired with a pin to hold the reminders in place.
