Standard M40 helmet of the German Army (Wehrmacht)
The German model 40 helmet was introduced as early as 1940 and equipped all the German army corps (Heer, Luftwaffe, Waffen, Polizei, Kriegsmarine). The shell edges are turned over on themselves, just like its predecessor M35 helmet however the ventilation holes are now molded with the shell. This helmet will be manufactured in thousands of copies, and will be replaced in part by the following M42 helmet a few years later. This reproduction is complete, painted in felgrau and can receive a camouflage or decals of German insignia.
