German Tornister

This bag is original and in good condition. The tornister nicknamed “Cowhide” was worn by German army soldiers during the Second World War. This hooked version is attached to the soldier's shoulder strap. This example is dated 1941 and is nominative, one name written in felt pen and the other inscribed next to the manufacturer's mark. Old repairs are deliberately photographed. One of the bottom hooks is broken, but does not interfere with the assembly of the bag.
