Marine Officer Cap

This cap is an available reproduction of several sizes. It is made of chino fabric (beige). The insignia indicates the affiliation of the man to the merchant navy (different from the navy US Navy). The visor is embroidered with golden thread in cannetille corresponding to the rank of the officers. The Merchant Navy was a major contributor to the World War II supply of the front in Europe and played a key role in the Allied victory.
